Snowman

Jolly children dancing around,

Water boiling and waiting for a packet of hot chocolate to be poured in.

Children skip outside and roll the snow,

Slowly and surely creating a snowman out of pure joy.

They add the carrot for the nose, coal for eyes, and buttons for the nose.

Secretly hoping he turns into Frosty, they add his hat.

It doesn’t come true, but they run inside for the hot chocolate.

A warm chocolatey drink is always the best after being outside on a cold day.
